Friday Night means Friday Night Bandstand in Downtown Lancaster.
Lancaster Parks & Recreation present: Friday Night Bandstand-free outdoor concert in Downtown Lancaster! Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy the live music at the Bandstand. Come Downtown early and enjoy dinner at one of the Downtown restaurants. Music begins at 7pm.
June 21st features World Class Blue Musician – Sean Carney
The Columbus, Ohio bluesman has it in his family genes, with jazz horn players in the previous two generations. Sean is an award-winning artist and this is the last US date for Sean before he heads for Europe where he will be playing dates in Switzerland, France, and Germany to name just a few.
Red, White and Crew! The Crew take on Rival Chicago Fire. Sky Divers will be landing at halftime and there will be fireworks at the conclusion of the game. This is Military and First Responder Appreciation Night! For more information check out the website here!
Enjoy some family time at the lake during the Buckeye Lake Fest from noon to 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
The three-year old free festival has a new home at the North Shore boat ramp area off Ohio 79 in the Village of Buckeye Lake. Activities run from noon to 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 22, including a youth fishing contest, youth bean bag tournament, kids activities, free entertainment and a Phantom Fireworks show at 9:30 p.m.
RHYTHM ON THE RIVER
Columbus Recreation and Parks Department welcomes a variety of performing artists to Bicentennial Park for the Rhythm on the River series. Featuring everything from bluegrass to blues to ballet and more, attending a Rhythm on the River performance is a great way to spend summer evenings with family and friends. These free outdoor performances take place at the Bicentennial Park Performing Arts Pavilion, a state-of-the-art venue with architecture that reflects the design of the Scioto Mile Fountain.
